Unable to update firmware using Nighthawk mobile app....please advise ...

1. What is the firmware version of the router?

2. What is the version of the Nighthawk app that you have installed?

3. What is the OS (Android, iOS) of the device you are using?

4. You can try updating the firmware of the router via the UI. This link may help out.

Hi Dexter, I am trying to perform the update again after getting a new 7plus iphone....how long does this usually take  going from Firmware version V1.0.2.52.. on model R6400v2 ?

circle  on phone has been turning for over 10 min...says do not unplug or power off router during update....

says router will reboot after firmware updated....

Hope you see this email before I decide that I should stop .....at least did not get the unable to update message that I got last time...

THANKS DEXTER !!! I used the link and it worked great with my computer....I have an older router model I see compared to the list ...I purchased mine thru Best Buy Geek Squad last October....am wondering if I received an older model at that time than I should have...

What do you think ?
