I forgot password so reset but although I still have internet it's says not connected. I need help. No ability in computers. Need to be connected so I can add a printer. HELP!

you mean you forgot the wifi password or the password to get into your router settings? If you reset it back to defaults the wifi password is underneath the router in the label.
