R6700 [LAN access from remote] from XYZ to Local IP. Help Me Make Sense Of It

Some notes, the local ip address is my main pc,

the port 32400 is for the plex server, I downloaded teh software straight from them.

Whats does this mean? whats going on? are people using my computer? is my computer a proxy for them?

Greetings,

I checked 3 of the IP's.  They were Amazon.

Start here:

Disable UPnP and restart the router gracefully.  Monitor the logs and report back.

Likely has to do with whatever PLEX is streaming.

As @shadowsports said those appear to be AWS (Amazon) servers. If you did not know it, AWS is, I think, the biggest supplier of digital storage which plex obviously is. A large number of the top companies use them for "cloud" storage.

Easy way to check is, if you have a PC drop to command line then enter nslookup IP address.

Example using one of your IP addresses in question.

nslookup 54.194.178.55
Server: Gateway
Address: 192.168.1.1

Name: ec2-54-194-178-55.eu-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com
Address: 54.194.178.55

Probably just normal chatter for plex service.
