Can not access my admin. wifi setting, can some one help

    Hi Laprinciss,


    Reset the router to factory default. Press the reset button at the back panel of the router until the power turns blinking amber.

    Are you getting any error message when trying to access routerlogin.com or 192.168.1.1?

          Yes ,  it's not letting me log on. I put admin for username ,an password for the password . 

             Tel me if I'm doing anything wrong. I'm trying to chand my wifi password , and I can't even log on .
