R6700v3 AC1750 reboots constantly while downloading

Hello together!

I’m experiencing an annoying issue with my R6700v3 that I can not get resolved.

Connection is trough my spectrum modem, ~420mbps is the connection on the speed test through WiFi, which is awesome.

But It seems that as soon as I am asking the router to deliver speeds for a longer period of time, to update my Xbox One games, or to download movies on Netflix to my iPad, it crashes and reboots within 10 minutes.

I’ve tried to factory reset the router after installing the newest firmware.

I’ve tried to downgrade the firmware to 1.0.3.66 and reset it to factory settings.

I’ve tried both 2G and 5G networks.

I do not have the genie installed.

Nothing fixed the reboot issue so far.

Is there a solution to make my network connection more reliable with this router?

Does anything strange show up in the router's logs?

It might help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?

The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.
