Re: R6700v3

have you tried a simple factory reset of the router?

also make sure you have ipv6 enabled

Re: R6700v3

why are you resetting it.

What actual issue are you having thats causing you to reset?

Re: R6700v3

What modem/gateway is it connected to?

What firmware is on it?

When it "looses internet" what actually happens?

Do devices say "connected, no internet"? Do they not connect to the wifi at all? Does the ssid stop broadcasting?  do wired devices drop or just wireless?

What actually occurs? Details are key for troubleshooting. the less you tell us, the less we can help.

Re: R6700v3

Modem Netgear Cable 32x8 docsis3.1 - CM1000-1aznas for xfinity Comast, Cox

Can't control firmware on modem to my knowledge. done by comcast.

the local network is connect but it says no internet when look at app. also phone shows no internet. both android & iphones

there are no wired devices.

current firmware V1.0.4.120_10.0.91. one step back from current. When I installed the current was when the issue started.

When I connect to the router the internet status says good but on the app being on the local network states no internet. also can't connect remotely when this happens.
