R6900 Router View list of allowed devices not currently connected to the network

Good Afternoon:

I need some help with the following issue: When I go to > Security > Access Control to remove a device from the allowed but not connected devices list I check mark the device and select remove from list.  it does not remove it, it moves the device up and nstead it seems to delete another device. Does anyone know how to fix this? It is really annoying when you are trying to keep your router clean and secure.
