I have recently upgraded the firware to V1.0.11.126_10.2.112.
Found following issues.
1. NTP Setting: Does not save my changes. Keeps at GMT -12:00
2. QoS Setup: Does not save my changes. Does not keeps new device names and priority changes.
Someone said to run the factory default.
I did it, but I was able to change the NTP.
However, when I restore the settings from the backup, it went back to prior to factory default, with NTP and QoS messed up.

So, you wiped out the settings that were causing you problems and then you restored those settings.
The reset fixed your broken settings. Why did you restore the broken configuration?
