Glad you got it running, though it's a pricey solution for a problem that Netgear should've resolved a long time ago. I guess I'm lucky that I've had no issues after one hard reset. If I may ask, what is your modem (I assume it's cable) actully outputting with a direct ethernet connection/?

At this point it is reset and start over with configuration. Reset will put the router back to the default out of the box configuration, but with what ever firmware you updated to. If you created a backup of the configuration, do no use it as there maybe changes in the firmware that would confilct with your existing configuration, happens with Netgear crappy firmware.

Anyone try the new firmware 1.0.9.60_10.2.60?
Wondering if it has resolved the wifi issues
