R7000 Nighthawk

I have been logging in as admin via routerlogin.net, and the login screen always asks for my password twice. I think that is very odd.

Hi MarkinPS,

Does it happen on all web browsers? You can try to clear browsing history or clear cache on your browsers.

Re: R7000 Nighthawk

Hi, I usually sign in via Chrome on my iPhone. If I need to sign in twice, I've also noticed two instances of the browser opened in history sometimes. Let me clear the caches and see what happens.

Hi MarkinPS,

Did it work?

Re: R7000 Nighthawk

Because Chrome syncs up with each instance I use ( about 3 OS X , 2 iOS, and a Win 7) I tried it once before clearing the cache. It was fine this time. I'm going to hold off on any more troubleshooting until it happens again. As a part of the original discovery, I noticed there could be remnants of routerlogin pages open in Chrome; so I make sure all netgear pages are closed.
