R7000 - can not connect to laptop


R7000 - can not connect to laptop

I’m trying to connect a new laptop and I am being asked for the network security key. I have entered my WiFi password, I’ve entered the security key that is on the bottom of the router, I have unplugged and plugged it back in. None of these have worked.

I called Netgear and there is no option to actually speak to a person for help. I am hoping that someone here can help me.

have you logged into the router to check/confirm the ssid and password?
