R7000 - can not log in to router on my mac or pc. get "This webpage is not available"

Not sure what to do anymore. 

logged into www.routerlogin.net easily couple days ago (and for the past month I've had new router.) Now it won't do anything but give me "This webpage is not available". 

I've tried chrome, firefox on mac, on pc. attaching computer directly to router.

If anyone has solution, please give me step by step solution. Darn frustrating when things suddenly just decide they don't want to work. When I did nothing different.
