R7000 doesn't upgrade to R7000-V1.0.9.12_1.2.23

After confirming the upgrade to R7000-V1.0.9.12_1.2.23 in the management pane of routerlogin.net page, the power led keeps blinking amber. Refrehing the page doesn't help. Opening a new page to the router doesn't work either. I hesitate to turn of the device because of the warning not to turn off power during the upgrade proces. What can I do ? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply James.

I managed to solve the problem.

First I did a factory reset. Then both radio's came online.

Then I restored my configuration. When this appeared to be stable I did the firmware ipgrade again.

All works fine now.

Problem solved.

Hi Cableguy64,

Is the power still amber?

The firmware might be corrupted.

Try to reset the router.

I did a roll-back to the previous firmware. After that the leds came up as it should be. But no 2,4 GHz signal. I'm going back to factory defaults. At first with the old version.

Hi Cableguy64,

Press the wifi button or go to the UI and click on enable router radio for 2.4Ghz.
