R7000 keep dropping wired IP camera connection, but not wireless connection

My new R7000 keep dropping my wired Foscam FI9826P V2 camera.
At first the attached devices list shows the Foscam. But once the camera is accessed locally or remotely, the router will drop the connection after about 10 seconds. The camera no longer appears in the attached devices list. The connection will come back after about 30 seconds and then goes away again in 10 seconds.

The Foscam works normally with the R7000 when connected wirelessly. It also works flawlessly with my two other different TP-Link routers when connected wired or wirelessly.

Both the R7000 and the Foscam have been updated to the latest firmware. (R7000: V1.0.7.6_1.1.99, Foscam FI9826P V2: V-2.x.2.27-20160811).

I have tried many different settings, but no luck so far:
- Set up DHCP address reservation for the camera
- Set up port forward in the router
- Set up the static IP addresses of the camera (outside the DHCP address range)
- Reset the R7000 and the Foscam to factory default
- Use three different ethernet cable
- Use different LAN ports on the router
- Turn on/off UPnP in the router and the camera
- Checked/unchecked "Disable Port Scan and DoS Protection" option
- Set NAT Filtering to open
- Checked/unchecked "Disable SIP ALG" option

I found other people had the same problem:

Additional Testing:

I placed an old TP-Link TL-WR740N router between the camera and the R7000 with an assigned static IP, and connected it to the camera and the R7000 by wire. The wired connection no longer dropped out.

So why does the connection drop when the IP Camera is directly connected to the R7000? Any clue?

What is the distance between the R7000 and the camera?  What obstacles are on the path.

About 20 cm. There is no obstacle on the path.

And the Ethernet cable is about 1 metre long.

It's possible its too close.  Can you try increasing the distance?

I moved the camera one metre away from the router but still the same problem.

Though it is a bit of a long shot, you might still be having an issue with the R7000 transmitter overloading the camera wifi receiver.  Can you try 3 metres?

Also if smart connect is turned on, you might try turning it off.
