R7000 low in speed
I currently have AT&T 18mbps fiber plan because that all they offered in the area where I live. Is there any way I can boost my WiFi any higher than 18mbps. I currently have the R7000 and it boost no more than 16mbps. Without it’s goes to 10mbps. And if I buy a better router, would it be better. I would at least need 50mbps so I can stream and play video games with no lag problems. Need help please!

No. If the ISP delivers 18 Mbps, that's the fastest you will get to the outside world.
Your local wifi traffic, between devices in your network, may be faster, but not the Internet.

Is this local traffic?
