R7000 openVPN error

Hi All,
Please bear with me and my limited technical knowledge/skills....

I am trying to use openVPN with my R7000. I set up the VPN and download the setting files for mac os. And using Tunnelblick 3.6.8 (build 4625)  to connect the my network. However it keeps waiting for server response.

The logs:

I think I found the reason. It is the firewall of our university. Thank you for your help.

Re: R7000 openVPN error

Hi gaziou,

1. What is the MAC OS version of your computer?

2. Have you tried a different computer with different OS version?

Re: R7000 openVPN error

Hi gaziou,

Are the devices the runs the OpenVPN connected to the R7000 or outside the network? Make sure the devices are connected outside the R7000 network for it to work.
