R7000 "Crashes" After Connecting Dell XPS 9370 with Killer AC 1435

I've been having relatively frequent problems with our R7000 "crashing", meaning the internet cuts out and connecting to wifi is hit or miss (though even when connected, I can't access the router admin page).  Sometimes it will come back after waiting a bit, but most of the time I have to reboot the router.  I've determined that this only happens when I boot up my laptop and it connects to the router.  It's a Dell XPS 9370 with a Killer AC 1435 wireless card and I've seen some posts online about similar-ish problems.  My router firmware is up to date and I've uninstalled the Killer driver and reinstalled the latest straight from their site.  Any help would be appreciated!

"up-to-date" isn't always good when it comes to the R7000. Its got issues. Try downgrading the firmware on the R7000 to the .42 version, factory resetting, and manually re-installing. See if that fixes it.

Sad that that R7000 firmware has so many issues but at least the .42 is stable and works well.
