R7000 rebooting
my R7000 is constantly rebooting itself and has gotten worse over time.had it since 2018 and recent had issues with it thebpast few months or so.
tried going to newest firmware down to 1.9.42.
i reset it to factory settings numerous tines even after firmware updates.
removed all devices and left 1 pc wired and a phone wireless to download a large file for testing.
we can be asleep and it reboots itself but is really bad when downloading files like games.
on windows 11 and other devices.
router completely shuts off as if unplugged and loads back up everytime so its wired and wireless on both bands thats effected.
i contacted Netgear but have not heard anything back as of now and need this working properly as its used for online classes including live classes.i may get BBB involved but for now ill give Netgear a chance.

Re: R7000 rebooting
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Try using a different power adapter with same volts and amps?
Did you contact NG support back in 2018 when you first encountered this?
