I have just updated my router and trying to get circle parental set up. I followed the set up and got it all working but then circle would not connect at all. So I cleared cache of app - no joy, Reset router - no joy, reset app - no joy, uninstalled app and reinstalled - the app connects but asks for passcode (which i dont have) cluck send text - no text received, resend text - no text revceived. Is there a way to completely reset my circle account and start from scratch? Is there any other solution? Any help appreciated.
