R7000P Default password not working for new setup
Moved from one home to another with new ISP, etc. trying to setup Nighthawk router. I've done a factory reset and going through the Nighthawk app on my phone. When I connect to the NETGEAR77/NETGEAR77-5G networks and input the password (password), it says it's the wrong one.

Re: R7000P Default password not working for new setup
That's because "password" is the default password for the admin login, not the WiFi. Forget stupid apps and go with a browser to http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1 and use as username "admin" and as pass "password". Then you can change the WiFi passwords

There will be different passwords on the label on the router for NETGEAR77 and NETGEAR77-5G.
