R7100

When I connect my IPhone 6s it shows my router/internet. I click it, a check mark is next to the NetGear name but underneath it says in orange, No Internet connection. I have contacted my phone provider, internet provider both and the problem is not there. I have don't hard resets on both router and iPhones. My husbands android connects fine, my PlayStation network connects, and my pc all connect with no problem. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Chele,

 

If other devices are working fine then the problem might be with your iPhone. Try connecting it on a different network, if still the same, contact Apple.
