I have the same issue.  Already at firmware version V1.0.0.46_1.0.13.  QOS performance database is version v1.46,1.0.26 released 2015/03/08.

I have the same problem where Current Performance Optimization Database on Router is stuck at Version: v1.46,1.0.26

Is there a soltution for this issue.  Currently I have found that the QoS feature is usless with the current setup.  Setting a priory for a PC or device is pointless.  The lowest PC on the priorty list will get all the bandwith compared to a highest Xbox One.
