R7450 Router Dropping Internet Connection

Question

Router continually drops connection to smartphones, tv and computer. Replaced linksystem router with nighthawk in same location and same type of devices. Linksystem had no issues, received new router as a Christmas Gift. Have no problem connecting to modem with devices. Bad router??

Have you updated to the latest firmware? have you tried to change the wireless channel on the router?
