R7450 Stand alone

I am thinking of switching internet providers to a provider that run fiber optics to the house to a wireless unit that I would then connect to wirelessly and I need to know if my R7450 router can do that IE stand alone

Re: R7450 Stand alone

No, it can't connect wirelessly. You need a cable for the WAN port.

Routing: NETGEAR R7800 - Voxel Firmware 1.0.2.88SF & Kamoj addon
Switching: 2x NETGEAR 8-ports (GS108v4) / 1x NETGEAR 16-ports (JGS516v2)
Desktop: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - Server: Intel Core i7-7700K - NAS: Intel Pentium G4400, 16 TB
