R7500. No internet access.
I reaaly hate R7500.
I bought R7500 last year and had so many problems. wired internet was OK.
but wifi connection was so unstable.
I got replacement of R7500 but it also didn't provide me a stable connection.
After long try, i finally got some stable 2.4G network for some devices..
But I could live with that... (it was not a AC2350 anymore.. it was 300mb 2.4G router.. but was OK.....)
Today, I wished to extend my signal since it was so weak in bedroom..
So i tried 2 extender... and non of them working with my R7500...
Finally, I made a stupid decision.. which was decide to update the firmware.
Now, everything is gone. No more stable 2.4G network(even..)..
this router provide me WIFI connection for 2 min after reboot the router.
after that, my connection is gone... SOOOOOOOOO Terrible.....
I hate to spend several days to trying to resolve it again.
Looks, Netgear aware the proble of R7500. That will be the reason why they replace R7500 with R7500v2. then I don't understand why they still let amazon to sell it in last year.
by the way I tried DNS address to 8.8.8.8.. but it is not working..
what should I do?

Did you reset the router to factory settings after the firmware flash?
New firmware sometimes introduces changes that are not compatible with the old configuration.
So while it isn't guaranteed to fix things a factory reset is the first thing to try if you have problems with new firmware.

I have no idea what that means.
Just another user.
My network DM200 -> R7800 -> GS316 -> PL1000 -> Orbi RBR40 -> Orbi RBS50Y -> RBS40V
