R7500 Remote Access with ISP that Doesn't Require a Login

I previously had DSL service which required a login.  In the Internet Setup screen there was an option to stay connected to the internet always.  I had no problem remotely accessing my router at any time.

I now have FiOS which doesn't require a login, but it seems that the ISP disconnects when there is no network activity.  Thus I cannot remotely access my router when no one is home, unless I leave a computer on all the time.  How can I maintain active connection to my internet service when the ISP requires no login?

Firmware version: 1.0.0.124

Model: R7500|Nighthawk X4 AC2350 Smart WiFi Router

Did you ever factory reset the router when you switched ISP?
