I attempted to update to the lastest firmware, followed all directions and now the router isn't working. I have amber power and internet lights, no 2.4 or 5g lights and 3 white lights for LAN connections. Any advice?

This isn't exactly in line with the issue at hand. But I did resolve the issue by unplugging the hotside internet connection from the router and then plugging everything back in.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Thank you for the update.
But can you provide more information when you say "hotside"?
You mean unplugging and replugging the Ethernet cable from the WAN/Internet port on the router?
