R7800 + XR500 vs R7800 + EX8000?

Bear with me I have a lot of questions.
I live in an apartment complex and a neighbor of mine has the eero mesh system. I get full coverage/signal/bars in all areas of my apartment from their network but do not receive full coverage of my own network using the R7800 v1.0.2.58.
1. Which combination would give the most reliable coverage/signal? Is going with the R7800 plus nighthawk mesh extender (EX8000) better than switching to an XR500 with the R7800 in AP mode?
2. Would the Orbi system be better (more reliable) than both?
3. Are mesh systems more reliable in a noisy environments than non mesh?
4. Is an R7800 plus the EX8000 a true mesh network?
I have about 13 devices (6 wired and 7 wifi) connected at all times.
Thanks in advance.

1. the Ex8000 would make the network mesh so that would be the better option
2. Its up to you if you only need one satellite unit the ex8000 would be the way to go if have a really big space with multiple dead spots you may consider orbi
3. Mesh is still a wifi system so it would be the same as any wifi system in the enviroment
