R7800 and constant ARP attacks in router log
i was here be4 to report ARP attacks in the logs it seems they are an incompatibility between either the router and modem or intel nic or something not real arp attacks or so it seems cuz i had them then i was without internet for about 2 and a half months in that time the pc was had new ssd all drives connected to pc had been wiped and reformated that was when pc went to storage for 2 months now the moment i got internet i installed windows n connected and now constant ARP attacks again

Try turning off any Windows machines and then check the logs in router.
