R7900P: Date/time is off
I can't seem to get the time and date of my router to update. I guess it's a good thing that I'm not using the scheduling, and I only notice it on the logs page, but it's never good to have connected devices depending on another device that is operating 15 years in the past:
I had to downrev my firmware due to frequent connection interruption, so I'm stuck here for the time being.
Also, changing my DNS servers (manually setting them) did not seem to fix per the accepted soltuion here: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-WiFi-Routers/R7000-Time-and-date-is-wrong/m-p/1059600#M28...
Note that this does appear to be an ATT issue, and not a Netgear issue: https://forums.att.com/t5/AT-T-Fiber-Equipment/Pace-5268AC-in-DMZplus-blocks-UDP-123-NTP/td-p/501459...
But I can't figure out how I would fix this, so if anyone here has an answer, I'm all ears.
Re: R7900P: Date/time is off
I see some references to folks having fixed this with their ATT broadband, but no details...
Most devices have an NTP override, but not Netgear. Why?
