R7960p wifi dropping devices

Wifi keeps dropping devices & wont connect to Internet . I’ve rebooted router several times & firmware is up to date ....

Do wired devices drop? 

Is it a specific band? Have you noticed if its the 2.4ghz devices or 5ghz? (might need to disable smart connect to test)

What actual firmware number are you on? 

What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

How is it fixed? Do you have to reboot the router or does it eventually reconnect?
