R8000 interaction with Spectrum E31T2V1
Was upgraded to the new 400Gbps internet speed with spectrum and was provided with a new modem. For the first week everything was working great. Now my internet is running slower or even droping when im using an internet intensive program like SWTOR. I've called spectrum and they checked the internet logs and there is some kind of issue between the modem and router.
I've already tried checking for an update to the router firmware and did a factory reset to make sure that wasn't the issue. I also tried performing a MAC spoofing. Can anyone help?

Is it slow over both wired and wireless?
What actual firmware version are you on?

Re: R8000 interaction with Spectrum E31T2V1
My router is using firmware version V1.0.4.68_10.1.75 and I'm having this issue both over wired and wireless. The speed test on the router config page only get to about 250Mbps.

Re: R8000 interaction with Spectrum E31T2V1
After the reset, did you install from a backup?
Also, make sure after you reset to leave qos, access controls, traffic monitoring, and parental controls disabled.
If you enabled them, try the factory reset and reinstall again with making sure to leave those disabled
