My Light below the 5G2 radio is off. I cannot get to Advanced>Advanced Setup>Wireless Settings because my web interface has a recently added annoying black box with an unnecessary "nag" message telling me to download the Nighthawk App that sits EXACTLY WHERE THE "WIRELESS SETTINGS" selection should be. Why? I already have the app installed. I went to the app and I do not see any advanced setup choices. Whats up with that? I want to turn on the second 5GHZ radio. I have transmit SSID selected for that radio but the light on the router is off for the second 5ghz channel. Whats next?

That's a new one on me. How did you get at the page?
Which link are you using? Is this with a wired connection?
What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
