I keep trying to access a charitable non profit site called: www.MedicalServiceDogs.org and I keep getting blocked by sitelock.

I'm not sure if this a router issue, but any suggestions would help!

Here's the error:

Error code 20

The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout.

Re: R8000

That would be an issue between you and sitelock. Nothing to do with your Netgear router.

I am running Pi-Hole on a rasberry Pi plus Bitdefender on PC I am anwering this on and can get there fine. No issues for me.

Re: R8000

Get there fine on my R8000...

It indicates (the error) that the TCP/IP connection was forcibly closed, but not by who? You using a VPN?

No VPN, but it actually allows me to access the site if I turn my VPN on.

Interesting. Do you mean turn on the ROUTER setting or enable the VPN on the device? Sure sounds like your problem is VPN related? Possible if you leave the VPN router function on it blocks you or turning it off on the router but not the device causes the problem?
