R8000P Roll back firmware

Hi all,

I recently did the update on my R8000P and now my network is SO unstable.  Some devices refuse to connect.  I have restarted everything, rebooted, anything and everything I could think of.  I updated to Firmware Version V1.4.1.64_1.3.25, how do I find the previous version?  I have gone to downloads and then previous versions, but when I try to download any previous version chrome tells me it is unsafe and even if I download it, the zip file says it is a fragment.

any and all help appreciated!!

Ok.  "Recovered File Fragments" is what Windows File Explorer says
about any file named ".chk".  It's meaningless.

   Did you read it?

What was the actual error message?  How, exactly did you get it?

As usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results
(error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

A file does not "say" anything.  What, exactly, says what, exactly,
when you do what, exactly?

Thank you for the reply, I have attached a pic of what it looks like after I unzip it.

Thank you for the help, I did read it, but I guess I missed it.  I read it again and tried uploading it again.  This time it worked.  Your quick response and help is appreciated!
