R8500 Firmware update
Hi there, my nighthawk app is saying my firmware is out of date. When I check at the router login, it’s saying no new updates. Our internet is incredibly slow & was hoping that an update would help. Would love some advice please & thank you.

What actual firmware version are you on?
You can manually update if you're out of date.

Might not fix your issue though.
what modem/gateway is the router connected to?
What actual speeds do you get over:
Wired:
2.4ghz:
5ghz:
What speeds do you pay for?
Did you test multiiple devices and different apps for speedtesting?
Details are key when trying to figure out slowed speeds.
