R8500 Reboot Loop

Hi,

About 3 weeks ago I purchased a R8500 Nighthawk and approximatley 2 weeks into using the router it stopped working, I tried restarting and it seems to be in a reboot loop. 

I did contact netgear support via email 2 weeks ago but I only recieved 1 reply from one of the techs and that was it. 

I need help please!!!
