R8500 Router Offline in ReadyCLOUD v1.15

After I upgraded my ReadyCLOUD to v1.15 I can no longer access my USB drive attached to my R8500 router using the Desktop version (Windows 7) of ReadyCLOUD or logging in via the web address on the internet. It shows that my router is OFFLINE and will not connect even though I am signed in to my account. My IOS Apple app (sometimes) and Windows 7 Explorer can access the files stored on the USB drive
