R8500 fast up, very slow down

Hello and thank you for your replies.

I just replace my older router with an 8500. I am getting up to 70MBps downloading from my server through wireless but I can only upload to the same server at around 2-3 MBps. On my old router I was getting around 20MBps both ways so I know it isn't my computer or server. I do have QOS turned off.

Laptop card: Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260

Server is hard wired
