R9000 unable to set wireless schedule

I am unable to set the wireless on/off schedule in the setup.  The setup boxes to turn off are all grey-outed under Advanced Wireless Settings.  I have tried it on the latest firmware 1.0.5.8 and 1.0.5.14b.  How do I enable the schedule.

This R9000 model has been out for 3 yrs and I am surprised if this basic feature is not working after all this time.  I just got this model mainly to use the Plex feature.  Someone please help.

I tried to preset all my router settings before going live.  Apparently some setting cannot be set until you are connected to the internet,  kinda rediculous.  This is one of them.  I figured out the next day.

Have you tried to use another web browser when changing the setting?

   Perhaps not ridiculous.  Without an Internet connection, the router
probably can't use NTP to set its date+time.  Not knowing the time might
be a reasonable excuse for not accepting schedule data (which can't work
properly).

   Greater familiarity with "Chicago" song lyrics might have helped.
Apparently, the R9000 firmware really cares.

The on off schedule is independent of the actual time.  If you have used it, you would know.
