R9000 wifi 2.4 and 5 not working

I have recently moved homes and have unpacked my Netgear router, started setup and installed the latest firmware. I cannot get the 2.4 or 5 WiFi channels to work. I have tried factory resets, setting changes, the lot with no luck. Router just states that wireless AP is off and it won’t change. Please help this is driving me nuts!

Re: R9000 wifi 2.4 and 5 not working

WiFi light is on, 60htz lights up but not the other two, have tried resetting, Turning WiFi off and on multiple setting with no luck. Could it be a firmware issue?
