RAX120 unable to connect to Armor
I purchased the Nighthawk Armor and can’t get it to work. When I attempt to access it using my Nighthawk App I get an error message that says something when wrong with my subscription activation and to call a phone number and give them the following code: “ARM-PYMT-EXP”. I have called numerous times and keep getting a run around- including escalations to nowhere. Any suggestions? My credit card was charged. I have tried a complete reset of my router and have made sure my software is up to date.

try clicking on "mynetgear" at the top. register an account (or log in). Then the device.
From there you can go to "my support"--- "contact support" --->"my subscription services"
