RBR50v2 how do I tell if base unit is ready to sync?

RBR50v2 how do I tell if base unit is ready to sync?
I had to get a new modem and have reset and plugged in, it has pulsed white light but now no light is showing. I need to make sure everyone is available to reset and link the units, but I want to make certain it is ready.

what modem did you get?
Are you able to log into the router and check its status/settings?

Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Begin with the Quick Start/Installation Guide.
There may also be some helpful videos on what to do.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
