ReadyCloud with R7000 and Attached USB Drive

I have followed the directions to set up ReadyCloud on my R7000 router.  When I login to ReadyCloud, I can see the icon for the R7000, but when I double click on the icon, no folders or files will appear.  I have the same issue when I use the desktop ReadyCloud app.  What should I do?  Thanks

Hi jsguys16,

Do you still have the same problem? If yes, you can try:

1. To unplug and replug the USB drive on the router.

2. Unregister and register your ReadyCloud account.

I tried this and it did not work.   My Nighthawk router is connected to the DMZ port on a Comcast modem/router.  That might be the issue?

Hi jsguy16,

Can you set the modem/router to modem only and let the R7000 work as the router?

No, because I am using the Xfinity Security System, so I can not use bridge mode.

Hi jsguys16,

What is the firmware version of your router?

Can you access the drive locally(HTTP,FTP,//readyshare) ?

Please reset the router to factory default and manually reconfigure.
