Hi, I am trying to register my router (R7000) with ReadyShare account but getting this message "Registration failed. Please check your user name and password and try again". I tried changing password and my password doesn’t have special character in it but same issue. Credential works fine on website. I have the latest firmware V1.0.7.10_1.2. Can anyone help please?

I have factory reset the router and strated again from the begiinging and it worked. Previously I was restoring old backup file after the router reset. Router now has exactly same configuration but new one. Not from old backup. And readycloud is working fine. Thanks for you support @JamesGL. Really aprriciate it.

Re: ReadyShare Registration Fails - R7000
Hi ArnySaha,
Try using a simple password like "password123" and check if the same error.

Re: ReadyShare Registration Fails - R7000
Thanks JamesGL. I am using exactly "Password123" but same issue. I was using as simple as "Apple123" before but same issue. Are you using R7000? Not sure if I am doing anything wrong or it is a Netgear ReadyCloud issue.

Re: ReadyShare Registration Fails - R7000
Thanks JamesGL. I tried, reboot, reset, changing password. Kind of gave up now. Hopeless service of Netgear ReadyCloud.
