Readycloud error on Galaxy S9
Hello,
Readycloud is registered with my r7800. Usb hdd and flash drive attached to r7800 and mapped. I can accesa those from win 10 explorer. Can't access any folder from mobile apps, s9 or iphone 8s. When i open the app i can see the r7800 as a device but can' access any folders. Error attached.

Re: Readycloud error on Galaxy S9
You may want to try and access it via the web browser on your phone using https://readycloud.netgear.com.

Re: Readycloud error on Galaxy S9
That doesn't work either. I get the "No Volumes or USB Disks" error, which is not true since I have an external HDD and an USB flash drive connected. And I can access those through Network locations but not via the internet.(Laptop or mobile web browser).

Re: Readycloud error on Galaxy S9
Any updates on this issue? I still have no access from phone or web to the ready cloud. My router is registered with ready cloud. Why is it not working?
