Had this gateway for awhile. There are times now where the it randomly reboots after holding a connection after a few hours. It had been doing that the last few months I did notice slight sag where the power connector goes. There are times where the connection never comes back once it reboots. So I go unplug it and restart it. Then the process repeats.
do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and event logs from it?
Those are key as power issues/signals from the cmts can cause reboots.
