Active users (PC and mobile) are approximetely more than 100.
Please give me some recommeded netgear WiFi routers.

Totally agree with @schumaku.
You need to look at the next layer up of routers and access points (AP). The consumer grade routers are not meant for what you want to do. The Netgear commercial grade that @schumaku called out would be a better option. If you are looking for other alternatives then I would suggest the Ubiquiti Unifi line of gateways (their name for routers) and AP's.

Re: Recommendation of WiFI router
Not a project I would seriously approach with a consumer class WiFi router of any brand.
Look into Netgear's Insight devices offering, the BR500 router, some PoE switches and WAC505 or WAC540 wireless access points (depending on the number of wireless clients and the physical location).
