I have a R8500 that was registered in another name by someone that found it did not work for them. I tried to register it in my name but it will not register. How do I get the old registeration cleared so I can reregister it in my name and add extended an warranty too it?
If you know the person who registered it first, you can ask them to "de-register" it and then add it to your own MyNetgear account.
