Registering AC1900 R7000 says the device is already registered to another account

Bought a refurbished AC1900 R7000 Router from Amazon, tried registering but it tells me that it’s already been done so. Please help!

Netgear tech support will have resign the router to you for you can set up a account.

If is a AC1900 R7000 router you will have to contact Netgears tech support and get them to allow you to register the router.
